Dinner Rolls

Dinner Rolls

Bread is the best part of every meal. Don’t argue with me. Just accept it and learn how to make some tasty dinner rolls!

Back in the early days of the pandemic, it was the cool thing to start or perfect your journey of bread making. Here we are years later (wow) and I hope you’re ready to bake some bread after all that pandemic practice!

Making bread is therapeutic. It’s amazing that this my first bread post on here considering I make bread from scratch all the time. It is so relaxing to me and I will often go on a bread baking binge when I need to relieve some stress.

Many people are scared to make bread. I certainly was at first. Here’s the thing about bread though. Even if you “ruin it” it will probably still taste fine. While Mr. Paul Hollywood of the Great British Baking Show will judge how many air bubbles it has and the rise time of your bread, the average person will not know these things and will simply enjoy your amazing freshly baked bread.

This recipe from The Kitchn is probably my most frequently baked bread recipe since it is quick and easy and produced a great result. These also freeze beautifully if you want to save some for later!
