Slice 5-6 (2 lbs) apples as evenly as possible
Sprinkle apples with orange juice, orange zest, sugars, nutmeg and cinnamon
Place apples in casserole dish- the bigger the dish, the more even your topping coating will be (I used a 9x13)
In a separate bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients. Cut the butter into small pieces or use a pastry cutter when adding to the rest
Sprinkle the butter mixture on top of the apples and bake at 350 F for 35 minutes or until golden brown
Top with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!
