Heat the oven to 400 degrees F and coat two ramekins with non stick spray.
In a medium bowl, melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave.
Add the powdered sugar and whisk to combine.
Add both the egg and the yolk and whisk to combine.
In separate small bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and whisk just until combined.
Evenly distribute the batter between the two ramekins. Bake for 13-15 minutes until the center just looks set. It will still be uncooked in the center (lava).
Let sit outside the oven for 2 minutes. Run a knife around the edges and turn over onto a plate. Sprinkle additional powdered sugar over the top and serve immediately.
