Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients
- 15 oz whole kernel corn
- 15 oz creamed corn
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 8 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1⁄2 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix corn, egg, sour cream, honey and cooled melted butter until combined.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients
- Grease 9x9 square glass pan or oven-safe casserole dish
- Cook 50-60 minutes or until golden brown
