Ingredients

  • 15 oz whole kernel corn
  • 15 oz creamed corn
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1⁄2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 8 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1⁄2 tsp cumin

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mix corn, egg, sour cream, honey and cooled melted butter until combined.
  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients
  • Grease 9x9 square glass pan or oven-safe casserole dish
  • Cook 50-60 minutes or until golden brown
