freshly squeezed orange juice

fresh cranberries

of salt

cinnamon stick

of orange peel
Instructions
In a saucepan combine sugar orange juice and water
Add the rest of ingredients
Bring to a simmer stirring frequently
Continue cooking for 10ish minutes - most berries have popped
Let cool for at least 30 minutes
