Slice bread if necessary
Whisk milk, eggs, pumpkin pureè, splash of vanilla
Add orange zest and spices and mix well
Start griddle so it's nice and hot on the stove
Put some butter or coconut oil on the pan to prevent sticking
Dip bread into mixture and flip so both sides are coated
Place each piece on hot griddle until golden brown and flip so both sides have a little crisp
Enjoy with a little extra butter and some maple syrup!
