Easy and freezer-friendly meatballs made in the oven.

Ingredients
1lbground beef
2eggs
1/2cupmilk
1/2cupgrated Parmesan
1cupbread crumbs
1small onionchopped
2tspminced garlic
1tspbasil
1/2tsporegano
1tspsalt
1/2tsppepper
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Whisk the 2 eggs and 1/2 cup milk together until homogenous.
Add the Parmesan, bread crumbs, garlic, and spices. Whisk until everything is combined.
Using your hands incorporate ground beef and onion until everything is evenly distributed. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
To further enhance flavor... let cook in your favorite sauce, simmering on low, for 1-2 hours. OR set in the crock pot with your favorite sauce on low for 2 hours.
