Lentils, rice and onions with a little extra kick!

- 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 2 cups cooked green or brown lentils
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Korean Chili Sauce
Saute the onion in the olive oil until they begin to caramelize.
Add the cooked lentils and the rice, stir to incorporate.
Add the chili sauce and stir.
